Bear Island Surveying is the only locally owned and operated land surveying firm in Ely, MN. Originally known as Zenith Surveying (Dick Floyd) and then Surveying Services (Cal Lindbeck), Bear island Surveying is now owned by Charlie Chernak. We possess over 50 years of Iron Range and Arrowhead region land surveying records.
Bear Island Surveying is a full-service land surveying firm capable of performing all types of surveys.
